YOu want it private…we got you.

Here are the bits of info we need to chat about:

  • Your Place or Mine? — Am I coming to your house/backyard, or are you coming to one of the breweries I partner with? Breweries provide the tables and chairs for the guests to create, so you would need to provide that. Breweries also provide the liquor license; if I bring beer to your house, it’s like I’m selling alcohol directly, so you would need to provide that too (I can give suggestions for good, varied beer). Your house doesn’t have a potential rental fee, nor does it have a time-limit. Things to consider.

  • Materials? — I will still provide all of stuff you need to create and I have my own small tables to set up the materials. As mentioned before, I do not provide the beer, or the table/chairs for your guests.

  • Price? — The base price-points is still $40 per person, same as a ticket for my normal class, even though it doesn’t come with a beer. That cost gets factored into special travel and set-up challenges, and the cost may increase as these two special factors may increase.

  • Number of Participants? — The normal class is 20 max, and I do that solo. With friends who know each other, and more time, I can probably stretch that to closer to 30. With co-workers, more than 20 is challenging solo, and will need to bring help. 50 is the max, and requires 2 helpers. Everything in-between is a coordination/negotiation between you and I, with the goal of keeping the integrity of our class, and meeting your needs.
